BaseAI has been awarded an AI-infused project with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to create and brand Una, an AI avatar that champions environmental action.
The initiative sits within the Pacific Green Transformation Project, supported by the Government of Japan, and focuses on accelerating renewable energy and climate resilience in Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Timor-Leste, and Vanuatu.
Una’s mission is to inspire conscious choices and a shared sense of responsibility for the planet.

AI-powered transmedia storytelling
Una is a fully embodied 3D character who can interact with people in real time—on a web platform powered by www.beingai.com or as a holographic presence. She doesn’t just narrate the story, she learns and evolves through live engagement.
Documentary-style social media videos
Our production team joined Una on a real journey across the Pacific Islands, meeting local communities and capturing their stories. The result blends live action, animation, and documentary into a fresh, immersive genre featuring UNA as she interacts with the locals and shares insights.
